Responsibilities -

  • Build scalable, high-performance, and responsive user interfaces using Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
  • Convert UI/UX design mockups and wireframes into clean, functional code.
  • Work closely with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and dynamic content.
  • Ensure excellent application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code while participating in regular code reviews.
  • Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and estimation.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve UI issues to ensure smooth deployment and user experience.
  • Stay updated with emerging frontend tools, trends, and best practices to continually enhance our development stack.

Required Skills & Experience -

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Front-End Web Development.
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js, React.js, Tailwind CSS, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Solid understanding of modern frontend architectures and responsive design principles.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and basic backend integration concepts.

Full Stack Developer Intern

Responsibilities -

  • Contribute to building responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces (React / Next.js preferred).
  • Support backend development using Node.js, Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks.
  • Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL — including schema creation, query execution, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs or GraphQL endpoints.
  • Assist with testing, debugging, and resolving issues across staging and production environments.

SLSI Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to lead and develop a team of skilled engineers working on cloud-native, enterprise-grade applications. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Quality Assurance, Product Management, and Project Management—to ensure clear alignment on requirements, timelines, and successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities -

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers building cloud-native services and applications.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of high-quality, well-tested, and resilient software solutions.
  • Enforce engineering best practices—including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders to define technical requirements, project scope, and delivery milestones.
  • Own project deliverables from ideation through development, deployment, and production support.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, privacy, and information security standards throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Contribute to the codebase as needed, offering deep technical guidance and hands-on support.
  • Ensure clear and consistent stakeholder communication regarding project health, resource planning, and key decisions.

Required Skills -

  • 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Java, Spring, and Node.js.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring teams.

  • Strong background working with AWS cloud services, including: ECS Fargate, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS, MSK/Kafka
